Hours:                         22.5 hours per week/39 weeks per year (term time + 5 INSET days) with a possibility of working 36 hours pw

An excellent opportunity has arisen at Grange Park Primary School for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our friendly and welcoming office team. This post will require you to provide front desk cover where needed.

The successful candidate will be based in our busy and fast paced office.

● have excellent computer skills (literate in G suite packages desirable)
● are able to work as a proactive member of a team
● work hard and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
● are dedicated to providing an excellent service

Then we want you to join our team! The successful candidate will need to be reliable, flexible, well organised and willing to take an active role in all aspects of the office. You will need to work independently and as part of a team and have the skills to build positive relationships with
colleagues and parents alike. Experience of working in a busy school office and knowledge of school management information systems would be an advantage.
